All our work was produced at our facility based in Kyiv, Ukraine. But don`t worry, our senior producers are online 24x7. You can send any of your projects query and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

As our staff works 24x7, we can provide support quickly as possible. Usually its very rare that after work is sent, there is major changes in files as all work done has been checked twice by our QC Artists. 99% of all shots were approved in first version.

We have a day off on Sundays, but if the work is required urgent basis we can still schedule work, and deliver work accordingly.

Usually, we quote prices pre-shot, but in early stages, for estimation, we can provide pre-frame prices.

Usually, we provide from 15-30 days payment credit. For large lodge projects we do setup partly payments and portion of unfront payment may require, wich is depends on project.

We use our own sFTP and also we can upload directly on client`s server.

We request you to send a test shot, or any working projects, we will work on it, you can pay for the project after the work is approved from your producers.
